  • Programmed and manufactured aluminum, steel, and inconel parts using NX CAM and 5-axis CNC machining

  • Designed, fabricated, and utilized custom tooling for over 170 tight-tolerance aerospace components

  • Led design for manufacturing reviews with client engineers, reducing production lead times significantly

  • Used Creo and SolidWorks to design a functional mockup of a major semiconductor company’s hexapod flexure

  • Built the hexapod mockup from waterjet, SLA, and MJF parts to study assembly tolerances and ease of assembly

  • Modeled cleanroom-compatible assembly fixtures in Creo with the goal of minimizing particle generation

  • Designed and manufactured a semi-automatic test rig for biosensors capable of bend testing for under $600

  • Utilized SolidWorks, FEA, FDM 3D printing, laser cutting, and machining to create 18 custom test rig parts

  • Researched the process of printing biological molecules for medical diagnostic testing
